Enjoy Happy & Healthy Easter

It’s the time of year when chocolate bunnies and eggs are beginning to fill supermarkets. It’s the time when people get carried away while celebrating, neglecting their health. This year, Eater is celebrated on 16th April.

Let’s take a look at some of the personal tips to have a happy and healthy Easter.
Savour Each Bite
It’s Easter! You can eat what you want (within limits) and have a glass of wine. It’s a great holiday, so stay away from overeating in the moments of emotion. Holidays are meant for memories to be made and to enjoy great time with your family. So, allow yourself with a few treats and savour your favourite treat, but do not indulge in overeating.
Tweak Your Tradition
It is always a great idea to go for something healthy. Try something on the healthier side, cook up fresh meat and cut down the sodium as much as possible.
Bring Healthy Options
If you are worried about overeating or going to a party without any healthy treat, try to bring your own. It is always a better idea to come with something special and healthy. You can bring a dish that you can snack on if you are health conscious. Veggies or homemade kale chips are better options.
Hide Easter Candy
It is always tempting to have some delicious Easter candies. In fact, having a few is okay. But make sure you avoid overdoing it. Keep them high and out of reach. It is fine to have some sugar rush, but excess sugar can make things a bit bad.
Fruits Snacks
Make your own fruit snacks using organic, fresh fruits rather than standard fruits snacks containing synthetic colours and artificial flavours.
Homemade Peeps
Easter without peeps is just like Christmas without milk and cookies. Again try to make your own peeps to stay away from those artificial dyes, carnauba wax and preservatives.
Follow these tips to make your Easter happy and healthy. You can even think of starting a supplement containing essential vitamins & minerals.
