1) Excessive Sleep




After a hectic week, we often tend to sleep more on weekends, which is one of the most common factors of headache. As the stress subsides, your stress hormone (cortisol) drops; this causes secretion of certain brain chemicals that send impulses to the arteries to constrict and dilate, causing a headache. So, avoid the temptation of relaxing during weekends. An eight-hour sleep daily is what you need.




2) Curb Anger
