If you have chronic condition and require regular medicine to manage it, you can usually order prescription online without visiting your GP each time.

Your GP may need to see or talk to you before issuing a prescription. More importantly, you need to nominate an online pharmacy such as Pharmacy Outlet to get your prescriptions. The dispensing pharmacy needs at least two working days to process and provide your prescription.

If any of your medicine cannot be issued, Pharmacy Outlet will try to call you to let you know. Please ensure that you provide exact address and phone number.

Pharmacy Outlet may arrange a same day prescription if you run out of your medication and cannot delay taking it. This should be a single prescription and cannot be guaranteed. Please give a week’s time notice before you run out of your medicine.

Your GP or nurse will need to review your medicine to make sure the medicine us working as it should and is still the most suitable for your condition. Pharmacy Outlet may contact you to let you know that you need to see your GP before your prescription can be issued.

If you would like to have your medicine delivered to your home, you must arrange this with Pharmacy Outlet each time. After all the verification, the store will dispense and deliver your medicine within a stipulated period of time.

Please note that you can change or cancel your nomination if you are not satisfied with the repeat prescription online service of Pharmacy Outlet.
