Repeat prescriptions are now made available at your GP practice on the request by your nominated pharmacy.
Pharmacy Outlet offers you a fully computerised repeat prescription system. If you take regular medicine and you do not want to see your GP frequently, you can use the online repeat prescription service, also called the Electronic Prescription Service. All you need to tick the medicines that you need on the white slip and post it to Pharmacy Outlet, 40 London Road, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey GU17 9AA.

Please note that Pharmacy Outlet requires at least two full working days to process your prescription request, which is from the time you order prescription to when it will be ready for collection. After receiving your prescription from your GP, you receive your prescription medicines right to your home, without having to visit and wait in the store.
Patients can have their prescription medicines dispensed from Pharmacy Outlet in England. You must nominate Pharmacy Outlet to order the online repeat prescription. New patients are advised to complete a simple online registration form for nomination.
In order to avoid any kind of inconvenience and confusion, please inform Pharmacy Outlet and your medicine prescriber if you wish to change or cancel the nomination. If you fail to do so, your medication will be sent to incorrect address.
Patients using the online repeat prescription are advised to see their GP at least once in a year to review their medicines. Make sure that you inform your GP and pharmacist to avoid unwanted delays to get the online repeat prescription.
A patient is requested to order the online repeat prescription at least a week before running out of supply. This will give sufficient time to the pharmacy professional to dispense and deliver the medicine.
